K.A.P. Viswanatham Medical College (Tamil: ??.?. ????????????????????????????????? ?????) is a medical college run by the state government of Tamil Nadu, recognized by the Indian Medical Council. It is located in the town of Trichy, in Tamil Nadu. The college is ranked third by students in counseling in 2010. It is located in Periya Milagu Paarai in the heart of the city.

Histori
The college was inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M. Karunanidhi, in 1997 to commemorate the scholars and businessmen of Tamil K. A. P. Viswanatham.

Accreditation and affiliation
This college is affiliated with Dr. Tamil Nadu Medical University. MGR. The Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital (formerly known as Annal Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital) is located near the campus.
Facilities
The college has more than 30 departments with individual libraries and medical laboratories. Accommodation on campus is available with three male hostels and two female hostels. It has an auditorium with a seating capacity of 750. It has four lecture halls with seating facilities for 150. The central library is located at the very end of the campus, with 7,000 books and national and international journals. It has two reading rooms, each for Post Graduates 'and Professors'.
Indoor and outdoor game facilities are available. It has a gym, basketball court, one Shuttle Courts, one badminton and two volleyball courts. Ring Ball, Throw ball, Table Tennis, Cricket, Foot Ball are also there.
