Format
That! The Medical Quiz Show is a studio production radio show, featuring three contestants per show hosted by host Dr. T. Glenn Pait and co-host Lisa Cornwell. Contestants are usually inexperienced in the medical field. After the introduction, the first seeded round begins, which differentiates each broadcast. There are a total of four rounds and all contestants have the opportunity to answer one question per round worth one point each and then a round of bonuses worth the following two points. Whoever collects the most points after the final and quick bonus round, "Cardiac Capper," receives a joke prize. These funny joke gifts range from alligator wrestling lessons to items like special pocket shields. Pait. Lisa then asks a question to Dr. Pait pulls out of his "Medical Quiz Bag." Rounds
There are four rounds and all the contestants have the opportunity to answer one question per round, each worth one point. Dr. Pait asked questions and gave the contestants three options to choose from. Each round has a certain sound effect that gives a unique feel to the show.

Inside the Coach Corner

Doctor vs. Quack
Dr. Pait makes a statement and the contestants determine whether the statement he made is what the real doctor will make or who will come from a fake doctor, a shaman.

The show plays a medical-related sound, something that may sound contestants in hospitals, doctors' offices, or in the human body. Participants tried to identify sounds ranging from whooping cough to the creaking wheels of hospital beds.
Rich and Famous Diseases
Dr. Pait reads a description of a medical condition that has affected a public figure. Contestants must determine the disorder described from the options presented.
Cardiac Capper
"Lightning Rounds" contains five quick questions or True or False statements.
